避难硐室传热特性实验研究

Experimental Study on Heat Transfer Characteristics of the Refuge Chamber

摘要:

紧急避险系统中避难硐室的热负荷计算较为复杂,硐室内初始温度不同对平均热负荷变化比较大。针对避难硐室非稳态传热问题,本文对传热特性进行了全尺寸模拟试验与有限元分析,得出了20人避难硐室的温升规律,拟合得到硐室壁面一维非稳态传热温度场计算公式,并用实测数据进行了验证。为避难硐室热负荷的计算提供理论依据,为不同初始温度下避难硐室配置降温系统提供计算参考。

Abstract:

The heat load calculation of the refuge chamber in the emergency system is more complex, and different initial temperatures within the refuge chamber can product great influence to the changes of the average heat load. For the unsteady heat transfer problem of refuge chamber, the paper carried a full-size simulation and finite element analysis to the heat transfer characteristics. The temperature rule of the refuge chamber of 20 people was reached. One- dimensional unsteady heat transfer calculation formula of temperature field of chamber wall was obtained by fitting, and was verified with experimental data. The paper provide a theoretical basis for the refuge chamber heat load calculation and provide a reference for the calculation of configuring cooling system of the refuge chamber for the different initial temperatures.
